The history of Centena Group begins with its maritime electronics activities, with Maritronics in January 1980, to be precise. Just as onshore, electronics has brought in revolutionary changes to life at sea as well. The shipping industry is experiencing continuous improvements in operational standards such as cost, safety, efficiency and pollution control. The same is true in the mariner’s well-being i.e. communication & connectivity to shore, work & living environment and entertainment.
