part of the EMPG process.

Please consult the EMPG manual especially when

completing a reimbursement request.

Important Note: Check that all supporting documentation is

attached to your reimbursement request. Verify that copies of

invoices, and either checks or computer generated reports are present as proof of payment for

all items listed on the 85-21 form. All payments and

services must occur within the period of performance of the

grant.
