Insight

Finding a job is a tough challenge for people migrating from academics to the professional world. While the physical aspect of getting an appointment letter is a tough affair, there is an intense battle brewing in the heart and mind of candidate.

The battle between emotional and the rational, whether to go with heart (job that can be enjoyed) or go with mind (job with better prospect.

Why can’t both be attained, that’s the problem worth exploring.
