I ensure to maximise sales and brand awareness within these stores by:-Setting monthly and weekly targets and help stores achieve this through incentivising the

teams-Training each store and their teams with product knowledge and brand awareness

-Cater my approach to each store and individual and their difference in policies-Create activity in store through events and promotions, get their teams involved

-Make sure merchandising is up to date and standard-Use my initiative and sales skills to bring in more point of sales materials (POSM) to create

more brand awareness within store-Check SSPR reports (stock) are accurate and up to date

-Relationship BuildingMy duties also include; setting targets for each store and set weekly/monthly incentives to
