Product Features
Reduce the starting current, reduce power supply peak current, reduce the cost of distribution equipment. Reduce the abrasion of motor, improve the service life of mechanical equipment.
Optional starting parameters are convenient in one soft starter starting different motors.
Soft starter inspects motor feedback voltage to realize closed loop control, ensure the motor start-up success in different conditions and different loads.
A variety of starting ways: voltage ramp starting way can get the maximum output torque; Current limiting can realize biggest limitations of the soft start starting current.
Reliable quality assurance: using computer simulation design; SMT production process; Excellent electromagnetic compatibility performance; High temperature aging, vibration test of the machine before delivery.
Perfect and reliable protection function: loss of voltage, less voltage, over voltage protection; overheating, starting time too long; Input phase lost, output phase lost, three-phase imbalance; starting over current, overload and load short circuit protection, etc.

Product Features
EM11 is first class frequency inverter with very strong software and hardware.
It has servo drive feature, with perfect speed control mode, and excellent torque control mode.
It can save 2 group motor parameters , and can drive synchronous motor and asynchronous motor.
It has sensor-less vector control (SVC), vector control+ PG; V/F control and V/F separation control.
It has 49 kinds digital input functions and 38 kinds digital output functions.
It has S curve of acceleration and deceleration, user can self defined S curve turning time.
The IGBT carrier frequency can auto adjustment according to heatsink temperature.
35 kinds protection function, including auto detecting short circuit after power on.
Including textile swing frequency and skip frequency function, etc.
Overload Capacity:60s with 150% of rated current, 3s with 180% of rated current.

It can keep constant output voltage automatically when the mains voltage fluctuation.
The current and voltage are limited automatically during the running process so as to avoid frequency tripping due to over voltage/ over current.
It can auto limit running current of frequency inverter to avoid frequency tripping.
(Excavator characteristics) It can limit the torque automatically and prevent frequency over current tripping during the running process. Torque control can be implemented in the VC mode.
The load feedback energy compensates the voltage reduction so that the frequency inverter can continue to run for a short time.

The function of input AC choke(reactor) matched with frequency inverter. Because frequency inverter often suffers from surge current and surge voltage impact, which will be seriously damaged performance and service life of frequency inverter and variable frequency drive. so there is requirement to add input reactor in front of the frequency inverter to boycott the surge voltage and surge current, protect the converter and debugger and prolong its service life and prevent harmonic interference. And because the frequency inverter is the variable frequency speed regulation way, so when frequency inverter works, it often produce high harmonic wave and produce waveform distortion, it will affect the normal equipment use, therefore, must add AC reactor at input/output side of frequency inverter , to short wavelengths, limits the harmonic voltage and harmonic current, and improve power quality.
