Located off of Highway 34 and 6 miles from I-5, our community offers 83 assisted living apartments on two floors and 9 retirement cottages. With a full range of services, residents can remain here even if their health needs change.

With its warm, family-friendly atmosphere, Emeritus at Century Fields feels like home the moment you walk through the doors. Our common areas include our lovely dining room, TV room, library, activities center, gift shop and ice cream parlor. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including continuing education classes, exercise classes, off-site excursions, clubs, parties and hobbies. Emeritus at Century Fields is conveniently located in a residential area, near downtown shopping, banks, grocery stores, Lebanon Senior Center, Lebanon Public Library and Century Park. In addition, several medical facilities are close by, including Lebanon Community Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
