The daily, quoting sources added, the incoming passengers will have to abide by all health procedures and requirement which are to be followed in detail and without any exception. The same sources added, that priority for return is given for expatriates working in ‘specific’ government jobs – the most important of which are the personnel working for the judiciary, doctors, teachers and the nursing staff. The sources told the daily, before booking tickets, the pas- senger is required to acquire the “PCR” certificate proving that he/she is free from the coronavirus. The document has to be certified by the health authorities accredited in the country, and attach the copy of contract as proof of government employment. The source added, if any incoming passenger is found in- fected with the virus, he/she will be immediately sent to the institutional quarantine, and will have to bear all the expenses of quarantine, treatment and smears. If the passenger refuses to comply with the health requirements, he/she will have to return to his country. Regarding the return of employees working in the private sector, the source said they must have specific health insurance and clear terms, preferably recent demand that requires treat- ment by private sector companies and institutions and private hospitals, with the need to obtain a certificate proving that he/ she is free from corona and other infectious diseases. However, the sources said there is a proposal concerning marginal employment – which is still under study – that in- cludes calling the employer in the private sector to the Immi- gration and Residence Affairs Department to find if he desires to reemploy his worker and then obtain the approval from the Ministry of Interior, Civil Aviation and the Public Authority for Manpower and conditions will be imposed on sponsors. The sources confirmed that those who book the ticket and take the flight to Kuwait directly without adhering to the health and security conditions, will expose himself to legal proce- dures that may affect airlines. The Ministry of Health announced on Sunday 638 new in- fections of the coronavirus, raising the total to 49,941. Deaths reached 368 with the addition of three fatalities. Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health Dr Abdul- lah Al-Sanad said in a press release that the 638 infections in- cluded 463 Kuwaitis and 175 non-Kuwaitis. Currently, there are 157 patients receiving treatment at in- tensive care wards, Dr Al-Sanad revealed. The health authorities conducted 3,043 swab tests in the past 24 hours, raising the whole count to 405,984, Dr Al-Sanad added. Earlier, the Health Ministry announced recovery of 520 peo- ple from the coronavirus, bringing the tally to 40,463. 638 new COVID cases Guidelines set for reopening airport Amir receives state officials, congratulates Venezuela KUWAIT CITY, July 5, (KUNA): His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the Seif Palace on Sunday. Opinion Immodest, opportunistic and treacherous ‘Brotherhood’ By Ahmed Al-Jarallah Editor-in-Chief, the Arab Times WITH each passing day the State delays in decisively dealing with the Muslim Broth- erhood Group, the price that it eventually pays increases greatly, along with the so- cial havoc caused by keeping this group and its supporters at bay in the society. The members of this group infiltrated various institutions and became like cancer- ous tumors. Their insolence in hatching con- spiracies has reached a level that can neither be overlooked nor tolerated anymore. The issue is no longer about the freedom of opinion and speech – which is constitu- tionally guaranteed; the Kuwait Constitu- tion does not protect traitors. What was recently revealed confirms that the members of this group are like se- rial killers and spymasters in the way they commit their crimes. They do not hesitate to disregard all moral principles in order to achieve their objectives. The recently-leaked tape recordings dubbed the “Gaddafi’s tent tapes” is just the tip of the iceberg of their conspiracies and efforts to destroy Kuwait, which is within the context of the position they took during Saddam Hussein’s invasion of this country. Indeed, the late Prince Nayef bin Abdu- laziz was on point during an interview he did with Al-Seyassah daily in 2002 when he said, “The Brotherhood is the origin of the adversity.” Many are its adversities in the Arab world and the Gulf countries in- cluding Kuwait. Since its inception, the Muslim Brother- hood Group has always been in the corri- dors of conspiracy and treachery; from the days when the British employed them to achieve their colonial plans, their coopera- tion with international Zionism and even to this day, they are engaged in the Iranian – Turkish destructive scheme through which they practice all kinds of treacherous activ- ities in order to achieve their interests un- der Islamic slogans, when in reality, there is nothing Islamic about their course. Despite all the systematic chaos they raised in Kuwait, they still enjoy an active role that no other political movement has ever enjoyed from pre-independence days until the present day. Despite being exposed during the Black August of 1990, they were unfortunately not held accountable, which prompted them to further indulge in conspiracies. They infiltrated institutions; doors were even opened for them to facilitate their in- filtration. They now control sensitive production sectors such as the oil sector and others. They use the State’s financial and services capabilities to recruit supporters and agents for serving their goals. This has enabled them to have a strong parliamentary bloc that works on blackmailing the successive governments through various dirty methods. These people would not have gained such power if some of them were not close to the officials. As seen in all the countries where they exist, they delude some officials of their popularity among the people. Their word is heard and obeyed by the public because they are pious, faithful believers. With that, they undermine the institutions in a manner that serves their objectives, and this applies exactly to Kuwait. It is difficult to forget the mess they orchestrated and spread in a span of two years from 2011 to 2013, as well as their claim that Kuwait will be the next stop for a change of rule after Egypt, and from there, the wave of change will continue to the rest of the Gulf nations. They hijacked the wave of the Egyptian popular revolution on Jan 25, 2011 to seize power, through which the Egyptians suf- fered until they revolted to oust them out on June 30, 2013. They then continued with their quest in Syria and Libya, which are still enduring their evil to this day. The Muslim Brotherhood Group is not different from ISIS and al-Qaeda terrorist organizations. In fact, these two terror- ist groups emerged from the womb of the Muslim Brotherhood Group. Their ideol- ogy was based on oppression, persecution and destruction. They take democracy as a cover to acquire and control the State, after which they would start tailoring the laws in a manner that fits their objectives and ren- der the society to bow before them. Isn’t this what they did in Kuwait when they enacted backward laws and imposed their “Talebanic” vision on the society? In some Arab countries, the Muslim Brotherhood Group was excluded after bad experiences with them, including the King- dom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates; but that is not the case in Kuwait. Every time the star of this group fades, someone re-polishes its hideous image. Despite the scandal of the “tent records”, there are those who are lenient in dealing with them, and even defend them, making it seem as if Kuwait neither learns from nor considers the past experiences. On the other hand, their electronic bots and trolls are buzzing on social media to praise the traitors involved in the “Libyan tent” scandal, describing them as “modest”. This leads us to wonder about the so-called modesty of these traitors. Isn’t it more ap- propriate for those involved in such immod- est acts to be sent to prison to meet the fate of every person who sold out his country? Immodest, opportunistic and treacherous ‘Brotherhood’By Ahmed Al-Jarallah

Editor-in-Chief, the Arab Times

WITH each passing day the State delays in decisively dealing with the Muslim Broth-erhood Group, the price that it eventually pays increases greatly, along with the so-cial havoc caused by keeping this group and its supporters at bay in the society.

The members of this group infiltrated various institutions and became like cancer-ous tumors. Their insolence in hatching con-spiracies has reached a level that can neither be overlooked nor tolerated anymore.

The issue is no longer about the freedom of opinion and speech – which is constitu-tionally guaranteed; the Kuwait Constitu-tion does not protect traitors.

What was recently revealed confirms that the members of this group are like se-rial killers and spymasters in the way they commit their crimes.

Indeed, the late Prince Nayef bin Abdu-laziz was on point during an interview he did with Al-Seyassah daily in 2002 when
