estate consultancy and over 9 years of experience of real estate industry in Mumbai. Prior to starting this
venture, he had the privilege of working with reputed firms in the Financial Services Industry &
Commodities. Over 14 years of rich & diversified experience across financial & physical assets has been
instrumental in developing an innate understanding of market dynamics and interplay of global, domestic
macroeconomics and market variables. It has also developed an understanding of matching an individual’s
objectives with the right product after understanding a person’s life stage, risk appetite, income levels &
other financial commitments. Deepak actively assists the clients across the value chain, right from advising
on the property in question in the light of the requirements to helping in legal documentations to taxation
matters.
Neha Agrawal - A Post-Graduate in Management (MBA), Neha has over 5 years of experience of real
estate consultancy in Mumbai. Prior to joining OpenMinds, she had the privilege of working with Birla Sun
Life Insurance, the insurance division of Aditya Birla Group for around 6 years. At BSLI, she worked across
