Step 1 Consultation & BriefingTalent Connect is a 2 day
conference for 1000 people in the recruitment industry, put on by
online professional networking hub LinkedIn
Our brief was to take the conferences networking lounge known as
the inLounge and transform it into an interesting and exciting
space to increase customer experience
Step 2 Initial ConceptsOur concept visualiser came up with 3
concepts an Inca temple, a Zen Garden and an Ice Cave
Step 2 Initial ConceptsEach theme had ideas for creating large
seating areas and terminals for computer stations which were
required for product demonstrations
Step 2 Initial ConceptsThe client decided on the ice cave as
their favourite but to incorporate elements from the Zen Garden in
the final design

produced further visuals to show how the room could look

Throughout this process, rough costings were put together to
ensure we wouldnt go over the given budget

Step 4 Precise CAD PlansOnce the artwork was approved, our team
created to-scale CAD plans of the room with the dcor in it to show
a more accurate representation of space
Step 5 Fine TuningOver the following 2 months, we coordinated
multiple meetings, not just with the client, but also the venue,
caterers and A/V suppliers.
We ensured that everybodys needs were not only met, but
optimised by creating a room layout that worked for everyone and
still had a natural flow.
We made certain that all work was approved and signed off by the
venue health & safety team
The entire build was costed accurately in line with the clients
budget
