• EMBREE’s Financial Planning fees range from $250 ‐$500 per hour. After we conduct an initialdiscovery meeting we will provide a maximum flat fee quote so you can budget accordingly.

• Financial Planning only clients will pay an annual retainer fee of 25% which will includeannual updates.

• Implementation Fee – Embree Financial charges an tiered annual asset management fee basedon the following schedule:

0‐$1,000,000 1.25%

$1,000,000 ‐ $1,999,999 1.00%

$2,000,000‐$3,999,999 .85%

$4,000,000 + .75%

• The minimumAssets under Advisement implementation fee is $6,250.

• The implementation fee includes Financial Planning Services and annual updates.
