>>> RIO MODULAR I/O is the remoted I/O system for the Sync-Motion product line.The modular structure, where every I/O node is composed by a CANopen or Profibus bus coupler and up to 8 I/O modules, allows a specific configuration according to the application requirements.The I/O modules can be digital, analog, counters, positioning or interface for temperature sensors.Each node is implemented fixing on a DIN bar the bus coupler and the RIO modules.A common characteristic to all the I/O modules is the high flexibility and the reduced installation and maintenance cost, due to the possi-bility to replace the electronic without disconnetting cables and due to the cabling realized via spring contact that eliminates the unrelia-bility of screw contact.
>>> RIO COMPACT I/O is the product line complementary to the modular system where every module includes digital I/O and CANopen interface.These modules are used when the I/O number is limited or when the I/O nodes are located in various point of the plant.In this way the CANopen advantages are well exploited, allowing to cover distances of hundred meters with very high baude rate.The main characteristic of the Compact I/O is obviously the cost optimi-zation, when the number of I/O points is lower than 16.Moreover, all the compact modules have configurable I/O channel in order to adapt the Input and Output number to the real requirements of the application.
>>> MINI COMPACT I/O module represents an economic solution that includes in a single CANopen node 16 Input and 16 configurable Input/Output at inexpensive prices.The module can be installed on the DIN bar into the cabinet or wall mounted.The I/O wiring is made via D-shell connectors located on the front side.As the RIO modules, also the Mini Compact module has separated and optoisolated power supply for the CANopen, leds for quick diagnostic and selectors for the quick setting of the node number and the baude rate.
