Welcome to Miraval Berkshires. Spring’s song of rebirth heralds hope and renewal after the repose of winter. Our guests often say that coming to Miraval is like coming home. Each time you visit, whether it is your first or fifth time, we feel like a family member has returned to our hearth.

The days grow longer as our heavy blanket of snow yields to flurries of fragrant white dogwood flowers. The ground’s great thaw invites us to emerge with a renewed sense of wonder, surrounded by our 380 acres of blossoming trees and roaring brooks. Few things can rival the joy that comes with the burst of color fresh tulips bring, the vibrant green of new grass, and the rhododendron blossoms sprinkling the mountain as it comes

to life. I encourage you to experience the calmness this brings and how it can enable you to find your center, reflect, and reenergize.

After last year’s suspension of familiar routines, I find infinite comfort in the repeated refrains of nature. I am grateful for the opportunity we share to look inward and integrate the practice of mindfulness together. From kayaking on Laurel Lake to sound bathing in a protected sanctuary, our activities let you lace up for exhilarating outdoor adventures or stay in your robe for mindful indoor exploration. Reward yourself at day’s end with our spring elixirs or calming herbal teas as we move forward together, ever closer to balance in the Berkshires.

Welcome to Miraval. I am eager to embark on a new season with you as we discover fresh ways to create life-enhancing and transformative wellness experiences in our newest location in the Berkshires.

We continue to work with leading health and hospitality advisory boards, including the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, to ensure we surpass the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Our safety protocols support your wellbeing and health during your Miraval journey. Our mission - providing a secure environment for

authentic wellness experiences that support your physical, spiritual, and mental wellbeing – is more important than ever.

We hope you find solace, tranquility, and respite here at Miraval Berkshires, allowing you to recenter with tools to stay grounded and inspiration to create balance in your daily life. We are excited to continue our journey and beyond thankful to be a part of yours.

CHALLENGE. IMPROVE. INDULGE. RENEW.Whether you are coping with change or looking to make it,

our broad activity and private session offerings will help you create balance and nurture wellbeing.

EXPERIENCES MENU WELLNESS COUNSELING ActivitiesNEWBALANCING MERIDIANS: Acupuncture & Acupressure This lecture explores how acupuncture and acupressure work to stimulate meridians from an energetic (Qi) and physical point of view. Experience unique body-tapping and gentle stretching techniques to learn how to remove Qi blockages along the 12 meridians.

THE BEAUTY OF IMPERFECTION This workshop is inspired by the traditional Japanese art form of Kintsugi, meaning to join with gold. Participants will reassemble the shattered pieces of broken pottery and highlight the places of repair with richly colored gold lacquer. The process of repairing a vessel examines our relationship with fracture and imperfections, both real and symbolic, with compassionate reflection and a renewed perspective on what it means to be whole. Instead of disguising, discarding, or replacing the cracks in art or life, we can render the traces of imperfection with beauty and strength. $

PRINCIPLES OF POSIT IONAL THERAPY Greg Dilsio will examine the principles of Positional Therapy, a technique that explores posture, structural alignment, and how we use our muscles. Learn how to consistently and skillfully apply the proper corrections to common muscle imbalances to reduce pain and improve muscle function. Experience these principles in action in the private session Becoming Balance.

TENSION RELEASE EXERCISES Explore how our muscles can store emotional memory. By communicating with our muscle systems, we can access and release collected stress. Mark Gerow gently and safely guides you through a technique of fatiguing muscles surrounding the body’s emotional center. As muscles fatigue, they shake, setting off a chain reaction that triggers a reset of the autonomic nervous system. This science-based, visceral approach uses your body as a gateway to release built-up stress and leave you feeling profoundly relaxed. This is an invigorating experience involving focused physical exercise to achieve tension release. $
