Please pray for those who were challenged by this

message; that they will seek the One who is the answerto their needs.

The first baptism in FrumusitaLast time we wrote, we told you about the new

    mission point in Frumusita.

On Sunday 27th June the first baptism service washeld in the yard of brother Ionel, when 7 candidatestestified to their new found faith in the Lord JesusChrist! What a marvellous way for the new church to beknown in this village.

The evening wasnt without incident the local

priest came into the yard and tried to intimidate thosetaking part at the service, as well as threatening brotherIonel.

Please pray for those who werebaptised, that the Lord will strengthen them intheir daily walk with Him.

Please also pray for those who feltintimidated by the priests visit and that thepriest will come to accept the presence of thisnew church in his village!

Other village baptism servicesTwo other baptism services in the villages took

place during the month of May. The first was at TudorVladimirescu, where 3 candidates were baptised. Thesecond was in Tecuci, the first group to be baptisedlocally with 6 candidates.

Please pray for those who took this major stepin their lives; that they will remain steadfast and will

remain on the path they have chosen to take. PraiseGod for this fruit of our labours over recent times!

Village outeachAt the end of June we had a team from Tomoka,

Florida who went to Rediu/Suhurlui and Oancea/Rogojenito hold Vacation Bible school with the children, and toconduct door-to-door evangelism. We praise God for theenthusiasm among those who took part in these events, and for the hearts that were touched by Gods word.

Please pray for those who heard Gods word maybe for the first time! that they will ponder on whatthey heard. For those who made a decision to follow theLord may they keep the promise they made and grow intheir faith!

Upcoming eventsSummer is here!and with it come the summer campsfor the youth and children. The youth

will be away from 2-7 August and the children from 25-31 August.

will be no leaders camp, but just a few daysretreatfor the department leaders. During this timethey will seek Gods guidance for the next year, and communicate this to the rest of the leaders at
