Dear WLS board,

Our community has spoken.

This will be the same community that you may soon ask for operating funds. Pleasehonor their choice and place lifting my ban onto tonight's board agenda so that I maybegin the job I have been duly elected to do.

It would be the courageous thing to do to honor the community that has passed 5straight levies. I know it will be difficult for some of you, but it will be the first step inending the hate and vitriol that has consumed so many.

Let's show 7000 kids, 800 staff, and a community how to properly react to the will ofthe people.

I implore you to be courageous and do the right thing.

Sincerely,

Patrick Hickey

Hello,

The requests here do not need to be acted upon by the board. The ban does, but certainly notdirecting your staff to let me do the job I was elected to do.

Elected board members have gone to OSBA for over 20 years or are you going to be arbitrarywith one elected member?

My separation agreement should also be removed from the district's website. It isinappropriate.

The community has elected me to do a job and for the next 50 months I will honor theirdecision with diligence, passion, and extremely hard work.

Please get back to me soon with resolution to my two requests.

Patrick

I am just now getting to this, my 4th email site. As you know I have reached out to you twice. As has happened in the past decades, I was calling to offer you my congrats and to see if youwanted to attend the OSBA Conference...an invitation! I found out afterwards you already'requested' that of our Superintendent. I certainly had no interest in arbitary avoidance ofyou--you were elected.I had also invited the other 2 newly elected and look forward toworking for the welfare off our students. We do need to talk prior to the organizationalmeeting just as I will with the other 2. We find ourselves in a very unique situation and I wanta smooth transition....so we need to discuss several issues that will allow the board to work asa team going forward. Godspeed!

Dr. Hayward,

Please unblock me from your social media accounts and instruct all administrators of wlsconnected social media accounts to do the same.

The community has spoken, let me do the job I have been elected to do.

My separation agreement needs to be removed from the website.

Terri Kern is using WLS registered trademark on her Facebook 2017 election site. This istrademark infringement and your attorneys should send a cease and desist letter immediately.

Terri Kern also started a petition to keep the ban in place. She continues to harass our district. The community has spoken on this issue. It is the will of the people, which carries enormousweight in court.

I have never been charged with a crime, I did not violate WLS policy. Any parameters givethe impression that I have. I will use every legal recourse at my dispisal if you attempt tosuppress my ability to do the work I have been duly elected to do.

Lift the ban, take the slings and arrows and move on. Furthering this ban is unacceptable.

Please respond,

Patrick Hickey

Denny,

The employees are contacting me in droves since the election. More than 100 at last count. Myduty as a duly elected board member is to hear their concerns.

The sideline pass has already been obtained by game management.

This harassment needs to end. I am no longer a WLS employee and I am obligated by thiscommunity who voted for me and who voted the incumbants 7th and 9th in a 9 team field todo my job as a board member.

Contact by employees is certainly not unwanted when they are reaching out to me inastonishing numbers. I will absolutely respond to them as their elected representative as it ismy duty.

This harassment and these threats need to end immediately.

Denny,

Please advise your client, Patrick Hickey, that his election to the board ofeducation did not make him a board member until he is sworn in as a boardmember. Until and unless there is further action from the Washington LocalSchool District Board of Education, he is not to contact any employee of thedistrict. The only exception is that he may contact teachers of his daughter ifthe matter is directly related to his daughter’s education.

He is not a board member, and he will not be provided with a sideline pass foran upcoming football game that he has requested.

Any call, email, or other contact by Patrick Hickey to or with any WashingtonLocal School District employee is unwanted contact that will require action toprotect that employee.
