Immediate spam reliefPolicy Patrol Mail Security ships with a default configuration that will start blocking spam within seconds after installation and empowers users to manage their own spam. With the daily quarantine report, users will never miss a legitimate email again. Users can quickly skim through the list of newly quarantined messages from within Outlook and deliver emails or white list addresses. Different spam management options can be configured according to the technical proficiency of the user.

Disclaimers, signatures & brandingAdd the right language to the right emails—automatically. Policy Patrol Mail Security offers user-based and condition-based email signatures & disclaimers with logos and Active Directory merge fields and positions the disclaimer and signature correctly within the email. Policy Patrol can also show the added disclaimer and signature in Outlook Sent Items without requiring any client software or allowing users to edit or remove the disclaimer or signature before sending.
