Connective tissue provides both flexibility and stability to all our body systems, and this workshop will start
with a review of new research on connective tissue, including fascia. Using manual techniques to focus on
different layers, participants will then explore a variety of depths and pressures and monitor changes. Verbal
communication and feedback are essential components of this approach. Instructor is certified in Embodied
Anatomy and Yoga from the School of Body Mind Centering, and is also a Registered Somatic Movement
Educator (RSME).
