SMART Board combines the simplicity of a whiteboard and the power of a computer.

SMART Board interactive whiteboards bring interactivity to any environment – and most important of all, it is easy to use.

You can apply the SMART Board capabilities and tools to any document you already have.

You can benefit from thousands of interactive multimedia activities already designed by teachers like you.

You can create your own activities for your own activities.

You can use ready-made template pages to create your activities or you can create your very own pages from the scratch.

The learning curve is really small and the interface is very intuitive.

Create themed pages using elements such as fonts, background colors and images, and apply them to your pages.

Create a table from the Notebook software toolbar, then insert ordrag text, images and objects into any cell with ease.

Add or delete individual cells to create asymmetric tables

Animate any Notebook software object with effects such as fading in, flying in or spinning.

Draw a freehand shape, and Notebook software recognizes it and perfects it.

SMART Board has very rich tools and features for you to create, manage and teach your content in a lively and enjoyable way.

SMART Notebook Software

With a rich set of design and delivery features and a multitude of digital resources, SMART Notebook software connects you to a full ecosystem of content, tools and support to help you create high-impact lessons that bring learning to life.

It has a “gallery essentials” with thousands of pictures, great template pages, editable flash animated objects, folders with subject matter pages and activity templates.

Lesson Activity Toolkit 2.0

This is an application within the SMART Notebook Software. It contains examples of activities, template pages, tools and resources that you can use to create or edit your activities.

We can help you:

•Familiarize yourself with the SMART Notebook interface.

•Use the Lesson Activity Toolkit 2.0, its folders, pages and tools.

•Explore the gallery essentials.

• We can help you locate, select and edit ready-made instructional activities already existing within the SMART Notebook Software resources.

These activities are available for download.

They were created by experienced teachers.

They are correlated to the State standards.

• We can help you locate the resources you need to create your own activities from the scratch.
