ELVIS PRESLEY

Elvis Presley was an American singer and actor. He was known as the King of Rock and Roll.

Elvis was born on the 8th of January 1935 in tupelo in the usa.

Elvis was a representant of rock and roll, gospel, blues and country music. He was one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century.

his musical career began in 1954. He is the best selling solo artist in the history of recorded music, with estimated album sales of around 600 million units worldwide.

He was nominated for 14 grammys and won 3, receiving the grammy lifetime achievement award at age 36, and has been inducted into multiple music halls of fame.

In november 1956, he made his film debut in Love me tender. He had the cpecific image which is known all over the world.

On the first of may 1967 he married priscilla beaulieu. He had a daughter – lisa marie presley.

He died on the 16th of august 1977 in memphis in the usa.
