ELSA – Ergis Load Stability Academy, offers service of product stability

testing as well as creation from scratch of wrapping programs dedicated

solely for those products on pallets.

ELSA is equipped with state of the art acceleration ramp for load stability

testing designed by ESTL and a full customizable Robopac Cube wrapping

unit.

ACCELERATION RAMP FOR LOAD STABILITY TESTING

On the ramp we are able to perform

simulation of load behavior under

emergency deceleration – that are

extreme conditions that occur during

road transport.

A positive result of such test will lead to a

properly secured load.

ROBPAC CUBE STRETCH WRAPPER

Designing the strutcure of the packaging

will be possible thanks to the full

customizable stretch wrapping unit

Robopac Cube. Moreover it has adjustable

pre-strech system of up to 400% that will

allow for most safe and efficient design of

packaging system.
