With California's transition to the ELPAC, the new language assessment for students who are English learners, it's critical for instructional assistants to have the knowledge necessary to support students. Many instructional assistants help with the administration of the ELPAC and serve in integrated and designated ELD classrooms. These valued team members should be equipped with a clear understanding of the relationship between the ELPAC and the ELD Standards.
