1. Increase customer service/satisfaction by:
• Enabling a consistent, repeatable, scalable, and process
delivering solutions so that customers can achieve a greater return on their
investment
• Achieving a more efficient and higher quality delivery of solutions
• Engaging with customers in a consult
• Making every project phase fully transparent to the customer
2. Control costs and resourcing schedules during every project phase by:
• Ensuring management expectations and project schedule match our
contractual obligations
• Employing predefined mitigation and early escalation strategies to reduce
risk and ensure project status remain “green”
• Onboarding and efficient knowledge acquisition of key team members on
select processes and templates
