Introduction to Elliott GroupOur Construction Tradition
The Elliott construction tradition dates back to the 1920s, the first Elliott company
was formed by the late Patrick Elliott and his wife alice who are grandparents of
the current generation of Elliotts.
Our Progression
The company has grown over the years into one of the most respected
medium-sized construction companies in Ireland with 100 staff and offices
located in Cavan, dublin and London. Elliott Group are no strangers to the UK
market and have completed projects on the London 2012 games for Oda and
OBS, retail stores for LIdL and structural works for Westfield.
Summary
Elliott Group prides itself on having a hands-on customer-focused approach
where the directors are regularly on-site and available to discuss any issues.

Group Divisions
Elliott Group Façade Compliance Division Elliott Group Façade Compliance division specialises in replacing and renovating existing
building façades which do not meet the latest building control standards. This includes Fire
Safety, acoustic regulations, airtightness and Thermal regulations. Elliott Group aims to
ensure our works allow an Expert Consultant to sign Form EWS1: External Wall Fire Review
stating that the façade is fire compliant.

Form EWS1: External Wall Fire Review
Objective - This form is intended for recording in a consistent manner what assessment has
been carried out for the external wall construction of residential apartment buildings where the
highest floor is 18m or more above ground level or where specific concerns exist (Note 1). It should
not be used for other purposes. It is to be completed by a competent person with the levels of
expertise as described in Notes 2 and 3 below.
This review is for the sole and exclusive use of the client organisation named below. No
responsibility is accepted to any third party for the whole or any part if its contents (Note 4).
For the avoidance of doubt, the term 'third party' includes (but is not limited to): any lender
who may see the review during the process through which they come to make a loan
secured on any part of the Subject Address; and any prospective purchaser who may see
the review during the process through which they come to purchase an interest in any
part of the Subject Address.

noel has 25 years industry experience, with humble beginnings, progressed to site management level and laterally to senior management in the firm. noel is a dynamic leader and focuses on the client’s needs and the project goals. noel has a strong commercial awareness and has a track record for delivering projects on time, on budget and always to an exemplary safety and quality standard.

Jonathan WhelanContracts Manager
Jonathan completed an honours degree in Civil & Environmental and has since progressed with extreme speed through the construction industry in a short space of time.
Jonathan joined a prestigious architectural precast cladding firm in dublin, Ireland as production economics controller and later as a Quality Control Engineer. In 2015 Jonathan moved to the UK section of the group as Site manager for a £10m project in Westminster Central London before joining a tier 1 main contractor in February 2017. Jonathan has since joined Elliott Group as Preconstruction and design manager.

Achieving facade Compliance Residential Buildings in the UK over 11m high have experienced compliance issues which are
effecting their saleability and insurability presently. This is naturally of major concern to property
owners and managers; Elliott Group approach all opening up and design & Remediation having
regard for building occupants, logistics, local authority and statutory constraints and design Cost Effective and FastTrack Solutions for our clients.
We remove all combustible material and install product that complies with Euroclass
a1 or a2-s1-d0 material tested to BS 8414-2 standard. Compliance objectives are
investigated and costed during the preconstruction stage after the client consultant’s
report and opening up report is perused and Elliott Group provide a fully costed d&B

Progress and progress are tracked through our information management software Procore and access
is granted to all stakeholders in a transparent process to ensure confidence and compliance. all parties
receive weekly progress reports tailored to the information they require and the stage of the project at
the time of issue.
Resources and Supply ChainWe source the highest quality materials and products for all projects by auditing our suppliers and our
vast industry knowledge. Procurement and quality control inspections are carried out throughout the
project ensuring the highest quality finish to every project and compliance with Building Regulations.

Project Management Tools Elliott Group use the latest construction management software called PROCORE which
is implemented across all of our projects. all documents including drawings, RFI’s,
Submittals, daily diary and daily remediation photographs are linked to drawings
giving users a real-time virtual tour of the progress of each remedy on-site.
Each stakeholder has access to Procore including Clients, Client Representatives,
Consultants and Trade Contractors and Building Control (if they so wish).
Information management is processed online allowing users to upload, review
and approve all documents without printing.
Some of the critical records stored include:
design: drawings, Technical datasheets, Technical Submittals, daily diary,
Health & Safety, RamS, Lift Plans, COSHH Register, Quality Inspections,
Handover Certificates, non-Conformity Reports, Progress Photos,
Inspection Reports and Snag Lists.

Considerate Contractors Scheme (CCS).
By adhering to the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS)
code of practice Elliott Group ensure that all sites respect
the public, neighbours and workers on site. The core
items which each site is scored on include appearance,
Respecting the Community, Protecting the environment,
Securing Everyone’s safety and Valuing the workforce.
Once signed up to the scheme each site may be visited
by the Considerate Contractors, audited and scored.
It is always The Elliott Group’s intention to score the
maximum score of 50 on every audit.

Environmentalat Elliott Group we have a policy of Target Zero Risk
to the Environment. This is achieved firstly through

method statements and risk assessments focus strongly
on how we may affect our environment whether it
involves waste disposal, use of solvents and chemicals.

and all of our supply chain must conform to our criteria
supported by our ISO 18001 accreditation and standard
operating procedures.
