Situated between the Sarasota and Tampa Bay areas, the center offers residents from Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County an impressive lineup of brands. Ellenton Premium Outlets is within 20 miles of the world-famous sandy beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast and popular vacation areas including Anna Maria Island, Fort De Soto Beach, Longboat Key, St. Pete Beach, and Siesta Key. Manatee and Sarasota Counties are international premier sports destinations with IMG Academy; the Premier Sports Campus; and Nathan Benderson Park, home to the 2017 World Rowing Championships. The center draws a significant number of international travelers from Canada, Europe, and South America, as well as domestic travelers, many of whom own homes in the area. From January - April the local population increases approximately 30%.
