hours for each OE scheduler each day. Completed a green belt project on tire plant schedule compliance with a cost avoidance of

$563,000/year. Coordinated the standardization of all OE log sheets by designing a standard form to ease the

training and back up responsibilities for supplying OE customers. Developed reporting to track how long tires were frozen that resulted in a reduction of 120,000

frozen tires within 2 weeks. Improved the critical items production list by automating the process to ease creation of reports

and cut entry time by 75%. Coordinated the combining of PSR and LTR numbers in MPS for a better overall visibility of

production and inventory at Aiken, Joliette, and LaVergne. Reported on total company inventory, backorders, critical items, and excess inventory.
