CS-kits
CS mounting kits for mounting laser diode
packages on CS mount. AlN plate provides
electrical insulation with negligible thermal
resistance; indium foil between AlN, CS
mount and cold plate to minimize interface
thermal resistance; nylon shoulder washers,
Belleville washers and flat washers together
isolate screws from CS mount while
maintaining compression to indium foil.

cold plate. Single TEC model ECP-046 Qmax

Butterfly mounting adaptor PCA directly

use, plug-and play! Includes connector PCA,
insulation sheet and 14 pin clamp for zero-

Fan cooled double butterfly mounting station
