ELITE ROCROOF

RocRoof is an excellent example of Euroclad driving thedevelopment of a new product in partnership with a suppliercompany. It is the new built-up metal roof system from Eurocladfeaturing a thermally efficient, non-combustible* Rockwool

insulation board that helps tosimplify built-up metal roof

constructions and is particularly suitable for better U-values and excellent acoustic performance.

The rigid, easy to handle RocSlab insulation and RocBar fixingsystem is an alternative to quilt insulation, top hats and spacerbars found in standard Elite Systems. Instead the RocSlabinsulation is laid directly on top of a structural deck. RocBarrests on top of the insulation and RocRoof fixing plugs arepressed into the insulation through pre-punched holes in theRocBar. A self tapping fixing runs through the plugs and downinto the steel deck, securely fixing the RocBar and the RocSlabinsulation to the substructure. The roofing sheets are then fixeddirectly to the RocBar. In the case of Euroseam, halters arefixed to the RocBar, a thin top layer of Rockwool Cladding rollinsulation is placed on top of RocSlab, and the seams of theprofile are clipped over the halters with each up-stand beingzipped up along the standing seam in the normal way.

Standing seam roofing is a well established, premiumroofing system that can achieve a wide range of acousticand thermal performances. The flexibility this productoffers the designer is unsurpassed allowing installation with pitches as low as 1°.

To complement its flexible design, Euroseam sheets canalso be rollformed and curved on-site, and rolled at eavesdirectly on to the roof, avoiding potential problemsassociated with transporting long sheets and negatinglimited site access.

The combination of RocRoof and the standing seamsystem delivers outstanding performance, particularlywhere acoustics are concerned.

The rigid, easy to handle insulation combined with thelightweight Euroseam profile results in a high performance,quickly installed roofing system with the convenience of on-site production.

Secret fix roofing is a proven system that offers fast, simpleinstallation with excellent performance and design flexibility.There is no need for external penetrations of the outersheet, resulting in excellent durability.

Secret fix roofs use the SF500 profile and are producedpredominantly in Corus Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® with thesystem offering many of the advantages of a true standingseam. Euroclad’s secret fix roof systems can be installedwith a pitch as low as 1° and may be more simply integratedinto projects where the material of choice is steel.

Secret fix roofing can achieve a wide range ofperformances and offers quick installation with a clean,continuous aesthetic and come with a Corus Confidex®

Guarantee of up to 40 years. SF500 sheets can berollformed on site and rolled at eaves directly on to theroof, avoiding potential problems associated withtransporting long sheets and negating limited site access.

The combination of RocRoof and the secret fix systemdelivers outstanding thermal performance with reducedconstruction depths.

The rigid, easy to handle insulation combined with thelightweight SF500 profile results in a high performance,quickly installed roofing system with the convenience ofon-site production.
