Clients who are interested in our services can contact us any time through our telephone numbers and email address provided below giving clear description of the desired service. Our team commits to respond to your request within 24 hours of receipt on normal working days.

Our pricing policy is based on the premise of quoting competitive and reasonable prices according to the prevailing market rates and condition. All our prices include the mandatory 16% VAT where applicable and shall remain valid for a period of 60 days from date of quotation.

We are committed to providing timely service of the highest quality possible to exceed the expectations of our clients. With us you can be assured of value for you money.

The services we offer are either supplied by us or our global partner CreatAir Creative Group. We undertake free deliveries within Mombasa and Nairobi. Reasonable postage and courier charges shall apply to deliveries within other locations both in and outside Kenya.

Upon confirmation of the quoted service, the Client shall be required to deposit a down-payment of 50% of the total cost. The balance can be settled up to a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from date of delivery. Payments can also be negotiated to meet special needs for most of our reputable clients.

We recognize the importance of after sales and back up services. To this end we are committed to follow up with our clients in order to ensure that we identify areas for the continuous improvement of our services. Clients are free to contact us any time with queries and concerns, which shall be addressed as and when they are received.
