The Gluten ELISA Assay was designed to quantitate low levels of gluten in food ingredients as well as in prepared and processed foods and beverages. The kit is provided with a standard curve based on the levels of gluten found in cooked products made with wheat fl our, but the kit can also detect rye and barley. A separate set of barley standards is available for accurately quantitating barley in samples suspected to contain barley but not wheat, rye or other related grains.

EZ GLUTEN

The EZ Gluten® Test is an easy to use kit that will quickly detect the presence of gluten in foods and beverages. It is sensitive enough to detect levels of gluten as low as 10 ppm. This simple test is small and portable enough for use at restaurants or when traveling, and is sensitive and robust enough for use in industry and food manufacturing. It can be used to test individual ingredients in foods and beverages.

The EZ Gluten Assay has been validated and certifi ed as a Performance Tested Methodsm (#051101) by the AOAC Research Institute as an effective method for the detection of gluten in a wide variety of foods and environ-mental surfaces.
