1) Add 100ul of sample, standard and control to 96 well plate

Time (mins):

2) Add 50ul of detection antibody to all wells

3) Incubate for 1 hour at room temparature

7) Wash x 3

4) Wash x 3

5) Add 100ul of Steptavidin-HRP to all wells

6) Incubate for 30 mins at room temparture

8) Add 100ul of the TMB, Develop for 12-15 mins

9) Add 100ul of stop reagent

10) Read Absorbance at 450nm
