• Be careful when you select reply.• Write an appropriate subject line. Don’t reply to the same

subject if your email has a new content. • Think about tone and politeness.• Give sufficient details, but don’t write unnecessary

information. Your teacher does not remember everybody’s name in the class.

• Don’t forget attachments, if any.
