We have spoken to:• WELS CEF “No Bridge Loans; No high school
permanent financing at this time.”
• LACE “No Bridge Loans; Long term financing
capped at $2.7M (at this time); 1st Position capital loan for $100k
possible”
• LCEF “We would like the $900k as promised.
We have missions waiting on this money”
• Various individuals, but no loan commitments

ask this on or before June 23rd.

We prayerfully and boldly ask for these gifts now.
• Help identify potential lenders:o Able to transfer investments for 2-3 year investmento Preferably loans for $50,000 or Greatero Interest rates to be determined, but expected to be favorable to
marketRequesting gifts by 7/1, closing on loan opportunities by 7/10.
