A wall system which incorporates panels,cabinets and shelves.

Available in two versions: Elevenfive andElevenfive 08.Through the combination of these differentelements the system is available in manydifferent configurations characterized byfunctionality and aesthetical impact.Shelves can be easily attached to the panel,which is self-supporting.Thanks to adjusting devices, a correctinstallation is assured even in case walls arenot completely flat. The panel is pre-arrangedto provide access to the wires at differentpoints.

The shelves can be easily fixed to the panelsand can bear heavy loads.Max. capacity per linear meter with distributedload is: 32 kg for a 30 cm deep shelf 28 kg for a 43 cm deep shelf same bearing capacity for tops and

bottoms of cabinets

You can have both open or closed offcompartments, with doors, drawers or witha large drawer, by means of special cabinetswith shelves.

The Elevenfive08 version is characterized

by a fully white visual impact (AlpineWhite).

Available lengths: 80 (intermediate and singlepanel only),100, and 120 cm, thickness30 mm, always in height 216.3 cm. Withadjustable feet. Depending on the breadth ofthe panel composition, a wall bar and sideclosing panels are provided, in anodizedaluminium or lacquered in the same finish ofthe panel. With a grey oak wall panel, the sideclosing panel is in anthracite grey.TV sets can always be housed in the panels,either with the extandable arm or the flush-

**This type of aluminium, used in the lightingengineering industry, features high-definition technicalcharacteristics. The particular industrial process ofoxidation on minimal thicknesses (micron) definesthe quality of reflectance (DIN 5063/3) and of gloss(ISO7668), and can produce surface conditions whichresult in the optical phenomenon of iridescence. Basedon the features of the light source and of the incidenceon the surface, reflectance can result in differenttonalities, sometimes pink, sometimes light blue. Thesame surface may have differences in reflectance.

The sides of the storage units are madefrom birch multiply wood, in thickness 13mm, doors and drawers are made from MDwood fibreboards, in thickness 13 mm, glosslacquered white, black, grey, anthracite grey,red, green, yellow and orange.The cabinets always come with upper andbottom shelves from natural anodized orpolished aluminium.

Top closing panel, in aluminium finish orlacquered in the same finish of the wallpanel. With a grey oak wall panel, theclosing panel is in anthracite grey.

CONFIGURATIONS BY DRAWING

Thanks to the simple method of installation,the panels are extremely adaptable and cancreate different wall systems of variousdimensions which can incorporate cabinetsand shelving units, thus offering veryfunctional solutions of strong image on thebasis of a pre-configured grid.The system is provided with three simple andfunctional adjusting mechanisms: one in depth by means of an adjusting

screw located between the panel andthe bar of galvanized sheet iron, fixed tothe wall, plus an adjustment device 5 cmabove the ground;

one in height (+25mm) with adjustingfeet; these are concealed by means of asmall shim element at the lower side ofthe panel;

one for alignment by means of a T-shaped

connecting device for panels.The wall bar comes with pre-drilled holesso as to match the boards used to makeplasterboard walls (for example, every 60 cmin the EU).In this way, you have a 10 cm large hollowspace off the wall (which added to the 3 cmthickness of the panel gives a depth of 13 cm)to provide access to the wires through pre-drilled holes, which can be also not at sight.The side closing panel is provided with a smallshim element to be used when the walls arenot completely flat.The adjustment mechanisms comprising thevertical fixing system and the wall spacer

allow the unit to be perfectly flush and upright,and panels to be functional, strong and stiff atthe same time.The panels come with slots (for shelves, forcabinets with shelves and for the flush-mountinstallation of the small opening for plugs)according to the drawing and the grid pre-configured by MDF Italia. Upon request thepanels can be provided with a small openingwith removable door in anodized aluminiumwhere to locate TV and PC-plugs and outlets.

The cabinets are shipped assembled to theshelvings.

Tv extendable arm system

The MDF Italia Project Team have developeda Tv-supporting system capable of meetingthe growing demand for innovation with LCD/plasma TVs.This system can be used on all panels ofElevenfive, LCD/Plasma Panel and Highboard.It is composed of a niche to house a TV, insize 75x57cm and 8 cm in depth, made ofblack chipboard melamine-coated wood,thickness 2 cm. The panels sides are framedin anodized aluminium.The niche is screwed to L-shaped bracketsmounted on the rear of the panel.Both the Tv arm specified in the Price List andany kind of similar systems you find on themarket can be installed easily on the backof the niche with smaller dimensions thanthe usable ones (height 46.1 cm and length74.2 cm) as shown in fig. A.

How to apply the extendable tv arm to the

Elevenfive panels

The niche is always positioned in between twopanels.

The vertical position must match the slotsprovided for the shelvings (please see grid onpage 3.52 of the Price List).Shelvings and cabinets are to be positioned ata minimum distance from the cutout on theniche:- no. 2 slots with TVs in height to 80 cm- no. 3 slots with TVs in height from 81 to

100 cm- no. 4 slots with TVs in height over 100 cmHorizontally, the niche is always in themiddle in-between two panels (no matter if ofdifferent size) so as to maintain an identicallateral limit band on both left and right (fig.B).For customized positioning, please contactwith the Sales Department.

the LCD/PTV system makes use of all theElevenfive wall panels in their varioussizes and finishes.

How to install on Elevenfive panels

The MDF Italia fixing system is suitablefor almost any type of LCD/Plasma TV. Insome cases (for ex: with LCDs) it might benecessary to buy an adapter for the chosenTV set to add to the brackets ot the MDF Italiasystem. According to the TV sizes and theheight chosen, the panels are pre-arrangedfor the flush-mount installation of the TV, forthe installation of the closing frame in black

aluminium (at each side 4 cm larger than theTV), and the fixing system.

The system must always be placed betweentwo panels. Once the TV-set is installed, theoverall length of the two panels must allowto have a lateral limit band of at least 15 cm,including the 8 cm (4+4) of the closing frame.Just to give an example: for a 50 Sony PlasmaTV (code KEP50MRX1), in the following size:W157xH85.6xD10.8, the usable size is157+4+4=165 cm, so you need either two100 cm long panels, or one of 120 and oneof 80 cm.

Both in the purchase order and in the diagramyou must always indicate the model of theLCD/Plasma TV and its code, the exact sizes(height, width and depth) and at whichheight on the panel you want it to be placed.The slots in the panels, the closing frame andthe fixing system are made according to thesizes given.MDF Italia accepts no responsibility for acomposition made with wrong sizes given.MDF Italia reserves the right to test thecompatibility of the chosen model (LCD andPlasma) with the fixing system of the LCD/Plasma Television System.
