Mr Vijayant Jaiswal (Group chairman): A true visionary, who foresaw the potential for light gauge steel construction in the country, his openminded approach in adopting latest technologies has been behind Elemente's rapid success. Going into details about the company's specialization, Mr Jaiswal pointed out, “We operate in the wood and steel construction sector with a quality-focused production perception. We use materials that comply with TSE, DIN, ISO, ASTM and AISI norms.” Adding further he said that the constructed buildings are in line with earthquake and heating codes. The buildings are also suitable to different soil and climatic conditions. These steel buildings also maintain their reliability after delivery and make for economic solutions. Mr Rishi Jaiswal ( Group Vice-chairman ): Mr.Rishi Jaiswal, who is the group Vice-Chairman and has done B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT- BHU, Varanasi, having more than a decade of experience in project management in the IT industry and whose infectious enthusiasm and leadership qualities have enabled it to scale heights in various sectors, “Steel is also the most widely recycled material around the world. This ensures energy savings and adds to its sustainability factor.” Going into the history of steel construction, Mr.Rishi Jaiswal observs that steel use is incomparably higher in countries such as the USA, Canada, Germany, Finland, Turkey, New Zealand, Australia, Middle East and Japan, than in India. He also points out that it is a sector that light gauge steel construction has got huge growth potential which needs to be exploited fully. Mr Anuj Sharma ( Director ): In this day and age of Green Buildings, another key factor going in favour of steel is the fact that it scores high on the sustainability front. Speaking about this key aspect, Mr.Anuj Sharma,Director of the company, who is a young B.E Mechanical , with wide-ranging experience and the technical brain behind the design, manufacture and execution of steel frames quipps,” Steel is durable and reusable. Materials obtained from the removal of steel buildings can be 100% recycled.” Steel buildings can be disassembled and build up again several times. No matter how many times this process is repeated, steel maintains its features and doesn't harm the environment. Features of Elemente Steel Framing System The availability of skilled man power is roughly 40. This concept is completely a dry wall construction system which eliminates usage of water at site as well

as reduces construction time frame. No wet construction is there in super structure except light floor/foundation.

This entire structure is much lighter (almost 30-35 %) as compared to RCC building and is a highly earth

quake resistant.

The entire framing system is manufactured out of Hi-quality Hi tensile Galvanized steel.

This has one of the superior coating recommended as per IS / International standard for structural system.

Most of the finishing materials used (external/internal) are factory finished hi-quality materials

manufactured under controlled manner.

LGSF structure is CAD driven process and designed on dedicated software which provides complete output including drawings and Material BOQ.

This system is ideal for high wind zone ( 100 miles per hour) as well as high seismic zone area (Richter

scale 7-8) as the dead load of entire structure system is much lower as compared to RCC.

LGSF buildings are significantly lighter as compared to RCC therefore you do not need heavy foundations. This can be fixed over 300mm plinth grade beams and slab.

Design freedom and easy to transport in any area shows the flexibility of this technology. This concept is

modular and customized.

Construction speed is much faster and it is easy to install without requiring heavy equipment such as cranes.

LGSF system is thermally insulated therefore it provides excellent insulation value due to high quality

insulation filled in the frame cavity.

Longer life span and easy to maintain are further add-ons of this concept. It provides better habitable environment due to insulated constructions.

Easy to dismantle whenever required. This LGSF construction is qualified for Eco friendly and Green

building concept.

Apart from new constructions this system is Ideal for extension of existing building and additional floor over existing roof.
