The synergy element car offers a wide range of configurations. The standard structural frame is supplied in black color or skin plate with vinyl stainless steel appearance. You may opt to have the structural frame and decorative panels in brushed Stainless steel finish as well.

The elegant Landing Operating Panel is positioned on the landing door frame,however, it may be placed on the wall as it is a surface-mounted panel. Push button with relief is included as standard feature.

Accessibility and Efficiency

The synergy element car and door dimensions meet the requirements for reduced accessibility established by the European EN81-70 standard

Type 1:

Wheelchair capacity, requirements:

• Minimum load: 450 kg • Cabin dimensions: 1,000 x 1,250 mm • Minimum door opening: 800 mm

Type 2:

Wheelchair capacity + one companion

• Minimum load: 630 kg • Cabin dimensions: 1,100 x 1,400 mm • Minimum door opening: 900 mm

To be able to meet 100 % of the EN81-70 accessibility in elevators requirements, other options must be added to the standard equipment (which includes braille pushbuttons, stopping precision, audible gong, high-contrast indicators, emergency light, etc.):

• light curtain • voice announcement • safety mirror

The side-opening (telescopic) and center-opening (optional) automatic car door (operator) incorporates variable frequency-controlled opening and closing.

Door functioning and control are performed reliably and safely.

The standard car doors are supplied in stainless steel brushed finish.

Landing doors are supplied with a primed coating, stainless Steel brushed finish is available as an option.

The German-manufactured gearless machine is located at the top of the shaft (optionally, in the machine room). Along with the frequency controller, it delivers high performance, increases efficiency and considerably reduces energy consumption. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for contaminating lubricants.

Controller

Based on CAN bus technology, the state-of-the-art, low-power CMC4+ controller provides precise, reliable and safe control of the elevator.

It also includes an automatic rescue system with doors opening at the nearest floor in case of power failure.

synergy element, a cost saving option

The synergy element drive technology, with gearless machine and low consumption controller and frequency inverter, provides considerable savings compared to other technologies.

Energy savings through control mechanisms which turn off electronic components when the elevator is in sleep mode and which enable them to be turned on instantly when the elevator is about to go into use. Automatic car lighting swith-off is a standard feature.

Low-consumption, long-life LED lighting, with savings of 56% compared to the same light intensity obtained using fluorescent tubes inside the car.

Class A Energy Efficiency rating according to VDI 4707 is obtained by synergy element including LED spots and the controller and indicator standby option (sleep mode).

This energy certification takes into account the energy demand during operation and in standby mode, as well as elevator use, giving each elevator a rating from A to G, with A being the most efficient (the best rating at this time).
