Electrostatic painting equipment allows the paint to “wrap”around the product being sprayed. Electrostatic “wrap” isachieved by charging the paint with a static charge. Oncecharged, the paint being sprayed will be attracted to the nearestgrounded object, and will disperse evenly over the entire surface.

Its high efficiency charging system is variable up to 80 kV. Atrigger mounted electrostatic on/off switch has been designed foroperator convenience. Corrosion resistant wetted parts allowapplications of chlorinated solvent thinned coatings (requiresspecial supply pump). (Note: This system is also available as a special order in a similar version for water base coatings. The water base coatingrequires testing to determine its suitability.)
