2) Training & Placement-

This cell is taking utmost care for placements. Various activities are conducted which are as

follows-

Pre- placement training was imparted to BE (E&TC) students on general aptitude and

interview techniques.

For overall personality development of students, additional lectures on soft skills are

included in regular time table.

Industrial training of 15 days has been arranged at various industries to give exposure to

students about industry. Students learn various aspects of the theoretical concepts during

the training. The training also helps to get some idea for their final year projects.

10) Post Graduation activity

From A.Y. 2013-14 post graduation in E&TC was started with intake capacity of 18. Prof. P. D.

Bahirgonde is the PG coordinator. Uptil now 16 students have completed their post graduation.

11) AEXS (Association of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Students)-

The department has formed student association for providing platform for their overall

14)Memorandumof Understanding (MOU)

In order to provide Industry exposure to students, department has signed MOU with different

Industries. The objective of the MOU’s is to provide training, placement opportunities and

sponsored projects which indirectly help the students for placements.

The department has also taken initiatives for the overall development of the polytechnic students.

Under this various workshops, expert lectures are conducted for polytechnic students.MOU is

signed with different polytechnic colleges also under ISR (Institute Social Responsibility). The
