Updated alert on Charts removed from various electronic products
For Jeppesen Electronic Chart Cycle 02-2020 (dated 24 JAN 2020) all Jeppesen Charts for Donghe; Baotou, PR of China (ZBOW) have been deleted erroneously and may be missing from various electronic products.
The issue affects (but is not limited to) the following products: Jeppview Milplanner Jetplanner eLink for Windows (non-CDA) Mobile FliteDeck (consumer version) ForeFlight OEM Front Panel Systems (ie Honeywell, Rockwell, Garmin, etc) All External Customer Applications that display Jeppesen eCharts. Mobile FliteDeck Pro and other applications that display Tailored Charts (such as Boeing/Airbus Class III EFB) are not impacted by this issue. The charts will be available in Jeppesen Chart Cycle 03-2020 (07 FEB 2020). Until then, please use the charts attached to this alert.
WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO MAKE THIS INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO APPROPRIATE CREW MEMBERS IMMEDIATELY!
The missing charts are attached to this alert and will be reinstated in Jeppesen Chart Cycle 03-2020 (07 FEB 2020 revision. Until then an entry will appear in the Chart Change Notices, and this Chart Alert is also posted on the Jeppesen Web site: Notices and Alerts.
