SUBSTATION ENgINEERINgKleinfelder’s substation engineering group has in-house capabilities to provide all aspects of substation engineering and design services. This includes the electrical, civil, and structural portions of substation design, as well as complete development of protection and control schemes and SCADA systems. Our engineers have experience in system voltages from 12.5 kV to 500 kV and have successfully completed substation/switchyard projects for a wide variety of clients, including utilities, renewable energy developers, and oil and gas clients.
