• Retail electric suppliers disclose to customers the characteristics of delivered power
Calculations and fFuel categories prescribed in law
• Coal generation
• Hydroelectric generation

Potential Enhancements to Disclosure Law
• Reorganize label to highlight renewable sources
• Add state-level benchmarking data
