has SAA-151712-EA marked on the rating label. The rating label is attached to the blanket. The
controller is marked with the model SXYUL19-1A/T3.
Where the product was sold: The Lenoxx Electric Blankets were sold nationally at Harvey Norman Factory Seconds, Betta, Bi-rite and
online retailers (Catch of the Day; Groupon; Cudo; Mysale Group and Ebay) from April 2017 to August
