   Some  notes:  

1. We  have  yet  to  receive  any  applications  for  Deputy  for  Promotions.  The  elections  will  proceed  as  planned.    Applications  for  the  said  position  shall  open  again  during  the  appeal  period  from  31  January  to  2  February  2013.  Candidates  will  be  given  a  campaign  period  from  1  to  3  February  2013.  Should  the  position  remain  vacant  after  

   

   

       

both  elections,  the  matter  shall  be  dealt  with  in  accordance  with  the  constitution.  2. We  revoke  our  statement  in  the  memorandum  released  on  11  January  2013  about  

Mr.  De  Vera’s  eligibility  status.  Mr.  De  Vera  served  in  the  Academics  Department  Tutor  Pool  as  Deputy  for  Materials  Collection.  As  such,  he  should  be  retained  from  last  semester  according  to  his  Department  Heads.  

3. Since  Mr.  De  Vera  is  a  retained  member,  the  Electoral  Board  recognizes  his  eligibility  to  vote.  Thus,  

 Number  of  eligible  voters   253  60%  of  eligible  voters   152
