MEMORANDUM  #  12  Electoral  Board  2012-­‐2013  Ateneo  Mathematics  Society    Date:  26  February  2013  To:  All  Ateneo  Mathematics  Society  (AMS)  Constituents  Re:  Deputy  for  Promotions  Appointment  From:  Paola  Gabrielle  L.  Matanguihan,  Internal  and  External  Secretary-­‐General,  AMS  Electoral  Board    Greetings!    As  per  the  memorandum  sent  by  the  Chairman  of  the  Electoral  Board,  Marc  Helton  Sua  on  15   February   2013   Re:   Department   Head   and   Deputy   Elections   Results;   Deputy   for  Promotions,   the  appointment  procedure   for  Deputy   for  Promotions  was  discussed   in   the  joint   Executive   Committee   Meeting   (outgoing   and   incoming   AMS   Executive   Committee)  held  on  20  February  2013.  It  has  been  resolved  that  the  appointment  will  be  by  application  of   interested  members   eligible   for   the   position.   After   the   application   period   set   by   both  Executive  Committees,  below  is  the  list  of  candidates  for  appointment:    

1. Jeanne  Pauline  Pineda  2. Claro  Gabriel  Zamoranos
