Those who don't have regular access to a computer should attend a face-to-face briefing. PLEASE NOTE: This eLearning is one of three, which together form a mandatory suite of training on business ethics. It is recommended that you do the courses in this order: 1. 'Doing the right thing' 2. 'A spotlight on business ethics: Part one' 3. 'A spotlight on business ethics: Part two' With all of these eLearnings, once you're in them, you can proceed at your own pace, exit at any time and return to it later.

Course Description
Awareness training on the dangers of asbestos, including awareness of the possible health effects linked to the inhalation of airborne asbestos fibre, how Network Rail manages asbestos within its assets, why Network Rail has a responsibility for reducing exposure to asbestos risk, and what to do when asbestos material is suspected on Network Rail site.
Audience
This course is aimed at anyone who has the potential to disturb asbestos while undertaking their normal duties, those planning such works and other decision makers that have the potential to influence such work delivery. It is mandatory for all persons working within the functions of Infrastructure Projects, Maintenance, Network Operations, Operations, (including Signallers), Route Services, Buildings and Civils and Property. This awareness programme is also available for all our employees.
