ELDERS AGRONOMY GRADUATE PROGRAM

THE ELDERS AGRONOMY GRADUATE PROGRAM:is aimed at Agronomy graduates with a minimum Degree in Ag Science, or equivalent who are passionate about Agronomy and who want to strengthen their on the job experience and product knowledge in a leading Australian Agribusiness.

ARE YOU?

• Self-motivated and self-directed, willing to explore opportunities in regional Australia.• Interested in being part of an iconic Australian brand.

WE WILL:

• Provide graduates with an individually tailored personal and career development plan.• Give graduates exposure to hands on experience in Agribusiness and opportunities for

developing an understanding of the Elders’ business.• Help develop graduates professional skills, technical skills and personal growth.• Offer a 2 year fixed term contract with graduates who are obtaining a

Commercial Diploma in Agronomy at the successful completion of the program.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Two six month rotations across Broadacre and Horticulture, with a 12 month placement in the graduates chosen area of specialisation in the second year.

• Working alongside experienced, professional Agronomists. • Support on the job by an experienced Agronomist.• A mentor to share their knowledge, skills and experience, act as a role model and take a

personal interest in the graduates career development and well-being.• Experience in a values based, safety and performance driven organisation.• The opportunity for graduates to put their theory into practice.
