of this catalogue contains the gal lery art ists that Elaine Fleck currently represents. The second part
of this catalogue contains the best of 2009 submissions to the gal lery. Each art ist included in
the catalogue wil l part icipate in a group show at The Elaine Fleck Gallery t i t led “The Best of 2009”.
The show opens the night of NUIT BLANCHE, October 3rd 2009 and wil l be up from October 3rd to
October 31st.
You be the judge!The publ ic wi l l vote on the best of 2009 submissions during the course of the four week show
for the most popular Photography Fine Art Piece and the most popular Contemporary Fine Art Piece.
Based on a combination of sales and votes, Elaine Fleck wi l l then announce the two winners. These two art ists wi l l be awarded a four week show for the month of December 2009
at the Elaine Fleck Gallery.

I remember the f i rst t ime I bought a piece of serious art i t was a black and white
photograph which inspired me to pursue a black and white campaign for Club Monaco which
became part of the DNA of the brand. A whole new world opened up to me and I have never
stopped col lect ing since. My wife Kim and I started col lect ing contemporary art in ‘96 i t has
enhanced the way we look at the world and has enriched our l ives.
Whether i t is a Richard Serra paint ing or the works of upcoming art ist l ike Kathy Kissik, i t is
important to rely on the eye of certain curators/gal lery owners l ike that of Elaine Fleck to help
create a col lect ion that wi l l br ing you years of incredible pleasure.

The Elaine Fleck Gallery Elaine Fleck has a reputat ion for her discerning eye, great taste and a passion for
representing art ists that bring contemporary f ine art to the next level.
Elaine helps individuals both new to col lect ing art and establ ished. Elaine also works
with corporat ions and inst i tut ions to purchase photographs, photo based f ine art, and other
contemporary works of art singly or in col lect ions.
Framing is an important factor in both displaying and protect ing works of art , to that end
The Elaine Fleck Gallery offers a wide range of custom framing options which are designed to work
aesthetical ly with a piece while providing decades of protect ion to i t .
In addit ion to displaying work in a gal lery sett ing the gal lery maintains an inventory of
photographs, photo based f ine art, and other contemporary works.
The gal lery hours are Wednesday through Sunday 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. You can also visi t by
appointment or by chance.
