EET had to purchase a quantity of stock to join the promotion, commit to 3 key pieces of marketing, staff training and internal promotion. PS4 awarded to the top 4 selling sales staff in the region. Drive the promotion, focusing on existing and introducing new customers to Sony products. 38% of all orders came from new customers. After promotion costs, the ROI was 20% for the promotion.
