InForm equipment wagons use the same profile systems as InForm work-benches. We can deliver fully config-ured standard mobile units and bi-mo-bile units. Whilst the standard mobile units are completely assembled, the bi-mobile units can incorporate spe-cific, optional modules and thus be configured according to your needs upon request.

The available vertical profiles can be attached to the mobile unit frame using force or positive fit, so that subsequent extensions can be realised at any time with ease.

All equipment wagons have a sturdy mobile frame made of aluminium profiles with 4 guide wheels (diameter 75mm, two of which are lockable), a large floor shelf with longitudinal edges made of aluminium grooved profile on both sides. The vertical profiles are prepared for holding a variety of swivel adapters or for additional vertical profiles.Plastic caps round off the profiles at the front.

The functional shelves can be tilted and the height adjusted infinitely within the vertical profiles. A fibre rail inserted at the front acts as an anti-slip edge. Both longitudinal edges of the function-al shelf include an aluminium grooved profile, on which additional storage trays, tool holders or slanting shelves can be mounted.

Equipment wagon attachments 77-3B and 77-3C are also fitted with a power supply duct to hold a System 110 power distribution unit; for the fitting slot-in panels please see the Elabo Electronics Order Catalogue. With a 5m power cable and a coiling device the attachments can be optionally supplied for an AC or 3 phase current connection (CEE connector).

The InForm equipment wagon 77-3V/W is specially designed to hold Elabo 19” modules.

As well as a drawer with security lock and an adjustable functional shelf, the equipment wagon is also fitted with a System 110 alu-minium duct to hold 3 width units of System 110.

The mobile frame and floor shelf are designed as for the InForm equipment wagon, except that the wheel diameter is 100mm. Elabo 19” modules of up to 8 HU can be placed on the shelf above the drawer without slipping.

With a 5m long connecting line and 2 cable holders, the equipment wagon can be sup-plied optionally for AC or 3 phase current connection.

As equipment wagons are often loaded with high-voltage test instruments and their accessories, additional fixing ledges are fitted for cable routing. A storage tube is also included in the delivery for holding test guns and test probes.

The movable test mobile units make it possible to perform on-site tests with ease, for instance in production. The mobile frame, floor shelf and functional shelf are designed as the InForm equip-ment wagons. The mounted racks can be equipped with slide-in units, cassettes and slot-in panels as required.

Under the rack there is an additional duct to hold System 110 power distribu-tion units. With a 5m power cable along with coiling device, the mobile units can optionally be supplied for AC or 3 phase current (CEE) connections.

InForm bi-mobile units can be equipped with a variety of func-tional elements.

The mobile unit frame can be extended at any time by adding vertical profiles using InForm Open Space Technology. This means that you can carry out flexible upgrading whenever necessary.

All wagons are fitted with a large floor shelf and 4 double guide wheels of 75mm diameter.

The selection diagram for modules and accessories illustrates very clearly the system quality of InForm bi-mobile units. The resulting range of variations leaves nothing to be desired.

For example, the useful cable roll holder combined with the slanting shelf make a practical wagon for keeping all equipment nearby when performing wiring work in tool and switching cabi-net building.

The supporting rolls have guide grooves for rolls and cable wires. This allows a time-saving removing of individually cable rolls.

The guide rolls can be labelled using removable labels and a waterproof pen.

The patented design of Elabo InForm Open Space Technology allows the InForm vertical profiles to be continued upwards endlessly using force-fit and positive-fit. Thus the extendable mobile unit frame can be adapted with vertical profiles 1 or 2 at any time.

The available attachments and accessories can be mounted within the system profile at any height you wish, meaning that the configuration of the InForm mobile units always remains unrestricted and vari-able.
