1.TheInnerSleeveisalwaysassembledfromthelowerendoftheHousing.2.ReplacetheO-ringsonboththeUpperandLowerSub.3.Replacethetwo(2)SealsontheupperendoftheInnerSleeve.4.ApplyJetLubeAP-1Grease(orequivalent)totheI.D.oftheHousing,theentiresurfaceoftheInnerSleeve,andtheI.D.oftheUpperandLowerSubEnds.
5.ApplyLubon404ThreadSealant/LubricanttothestubacmethreadsontheUpperandLowerSubEnds.
6.InstalltheUpperSubontotheHousing.7.InserttheInnerSleeveintotheHousing.MakesureitisshifteduntilithitsthestoppointoftheUpperSub.8.InstalltheLowerSubontotheHousing.9.ShifttheInnerSleevedownthefullyclosedposition.
9.Pressuretestto6,000PSImaximum.
