CHIMNEY SYSTEMS

Our products which, produced as single or double walled, are the main units of almost all groups. Main material of inner wall is 316 L quality, insulation material is domestic stone wool or imported prefabricated stone wool, the outer wall can be made of aluminum embossing, galvanized, 304 or 430 stainless steel upon request.

Central heating systems, Cascade chimney applications, Paddle Box & Shop’s ventilation, Factory or Workshop’s chimneys, and in short Wastegas applications (with certain temperature and corrosion limits) all can be applied.

Our system which is approved in the TS EN 1856-1/2 norm can be applied to all gas distribution companies in Turkey.


INDUSTRY TYPE INDUSTRIAL CHIMNEY SYSTEMS

Mechanical resistance and stability; the chimneys, which are conveyed to the system itself, or another structure or provided with steel ropes are regarded as free standing industrial chimneys. Free standing chimneys also start with the determination of the static calculations of the system. These are determined by the calculation of wind and earthquake loads.

In industrial chimney systems, TS EN 13084 serie standards and TS 11382 standards are accepted. They are self-bearing chimneys and suitable for Liquid, Solid and Gas fired systems. When a space outside the boiler room is required, special carrier structures are used for this system.


EKINOX WIND ROSE HAT

- Prevents the air such as northeaster from getting into the chimneys.- It creates a clean and healthy environment by sucking polluted air for 24 hours in ventilationchimneys.

- It eliminates the chimney blockages caused by birds nesting.

- It is highly effective in the ventilation of factories, farms, public and commercial organizations.

- The product is in compliance with EMLAK KONUT and TOKI specifications and the production of the flashing around the chimney is made by us.



LAUNDRY AND GARBAGE CHUTE SYSTEMS

Laundry chutes are specially designed for use in houses, hotels and hospitals. The laundry chutes are connected directly to the laundry floor, preventing more workers from working and also prevent environmental disturbance during laundry transport. By means of the ventilation chimney inside of Ekinox laundry chutes, the humidity is discharged by natural pulling. Safety is ensured with warning lights on the cover and automatic locking system. During the disposal of the pouches of the washing bag, the human arm is prevented from entering the laundry channel to put off unwanted accidents. Ekinox laundry chutes are made of 304 grade stainless steel. Depending on the height, different thicknesses are used, 304 quality stainless steel strength is strong and smooth surface is absolutely recommended for use in laundry baskets.


MANUEL CHUTE SYSTEM System Feautures; - Interior Wall chute material is 304 BA 1,2 mm stainless steel.

- Insulation is rabitz wire stone wool with a density of 80 kg / m³.

- Outer Wall protection material is aluminum embossing and thickness is 0.6 mm.

- Inner diameter is 600 mm.

- All modules are combined with laser welding and in each module 100% sealing is ensured with the clamps that are used.

- The system is pinned on each floor with Wall Clamps.

- On every 5 floors Intermediate Floor Stands are used for equal distribution of loads.

- Deceleration Brackets are used on every 10 floors in high-rise systems.

- In the garbage room Slowdown Bracket is used for routing to container. Guillotine Cover which is insulating cover fused at 72°C, is used for preventing the system from acting as a chimney.

- The cover bodies have straits at the specified architectural distance.

SECURITY AUTOMATION SYSTEMS- It is used to detect that if doors are open as well as to prevent the other doors from opening. The sensor is inserted into the cover to see if the covers are open or closed. The sensor sends a signal to the system and activates covers of the closed one’s Push-Open locks.

- The magnetic locks used here are selected to withstand 80 kg and 120 kg of loads.

- The operation of the system is done in the laundry room with 7 inch touch screen control panel.- Any cover can be closed automatically, if desired.

- All chutes get locked with emergency stop and system maintenance buttons duringmaintenance and breakdown moments by automation panel. The PLC system board is preferred as Siemens or Wecon brand.

- Warning lights are available on the cover for users to use the system. Colors positioned as; (Yellow (Busy) Red (Maintenance Disabled) Green (Ready, Open).

- The system also has a sensor to monitor the occupancy rate of the container.


SEPARATION AUTOMATION SYSTEM- There is a garbage separation system to ensure that the discarded waste is collected separately.- The system determines the place where garbage will fall by moving the carts where the garbage will be discarded according to the type of waste on the lid.- Warning lights are available on the cover for users to use the system. Colors positioned as; (Yellow (Busy) Red (Maintenance Disabled) Green (Ready, Open).-There are a parsing button (household and/or other types of waste) for 2 or more different types of garbage.- The system cover will be ready to use in 7 seconds after instruction of ‘’Turn On’’ accord-ing to the number of containers. This time may be changeable depending on the number of parses.- The largest size of container are preferred for domestic waste.- The IP65 waterproof motor assembly is used for movement of the container system.- The motor system is connected to a rail stand which moves all containers.- The rail system is housed in a wireframe to provide security and prevent interfere except for the staff in the garbage room.-The system also has a sensor to monitor the occupancy rate of the container.- All chutes get locked with emergency stop and system maintenance buttons during main-tenance and breakdown moments by automation panel. The PLC system board is preferred as Siemens or Wecon brand. - There will be a signage on each cover explaining how the system works and the rules to be followed.

WASHING & SPRING SYSTEM-The system is used in garbage or laundry chutes to wash off the effect of waste.

-There are 3 pieces of 45 ° angle springlers in the upper part of the cover on each floor and they are spraying cleaning solutions or detergents for 5-10 seconds.

-Water is sprayed to the system for 15 seconds with another 3 pieces of 45 ° angle springlers on all other flat tubes.

-In high-rise systems, water spraying takes 5-10 seconds longer.-The aim here is to stop the dirty water flowing from top floor not to stick to the surface on the

lower floors.

-On 40 floor system, full washing will be completed approximately in 1 minute after commis-sioning of the rinsing system.

- 100% springing is done in all pipes with angles.-On the last floor of the system there is a hydrophore tank and detergent tank.

oduleEKINOX HWP-LAS SYSTEM

LAS chimney system is a chimney assembly of devices that are positioned on top or side by side in a hermetic and semi-hermetic arrangement. LAS is a chimney consists of two intertwined walls in Hermetic systems. While the flue gas is discharged through the first wall, the combustion air is supplied to the system by heating between the second wall and the chimney wall. In semi-hermit systems, there are two separate flue assemblies for waste gas and combustion air. In the LAS Chimney application, the combustion air is taken from the external environment by the first flue assem-bly, while the flue gas is transferred to the common waste gas chimney by the second flue assembly and transmitted to the atmosphere. In LAS Chimney systems the inner walls which the waste gas pass through are manufactured AISI 316L stainless steel sheet and the outer wall is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Through gasketed system sealing up to +250 Pa and resistance up to 280C is provided. All modules and fittings have a muff in order to provide the necessary sealing. There are special sealing rings between the two nesting parts.
