G-POWER Compressor Engines - BMW program 3er E46 M3 3.2l

The G-POWER compressor engines are the principal items of our developments. Since 1994 G-POWER has beenmarket leading, e. g. in the area of compressors for the M3-engine, and meanwhile is offering for every 6- and8-cylinder-engine an economical, practical concept. At the EVO II grades the conversion is done on the standardseries engine with a maximum loading pressure of 0.35 thru 0.45 bars (depending on the engine type). The EVOgrades II and III have to be installed in our workshop including the modification of the engine, according to car type.Due to the extensive experience of the last years, G-POWER offers you one year of guarantee on the conversion of anew car without any limit on the driven kilometers. The servicing as well as all other controls can furthermore becarried out by your BMW-partner.

1 G-POWER Supercharger kit EVO II 3.2K065020005 Conversion of modified 6 cyl. G-POWER engine (to be carried out at G-POWER Germany) with 0.65 bar boostpressure, consisting of: Integrated G-POWER supercharger G21 with noiseless run in series strap-drive, G-POWERsupercharger case made of high-quality carbon fibre, flow-optimizing air-intake area, G-POWER special aluminium aircooler, optimized boost pipe system (water cooling system with integrated pipe system), special additional control unit(G-POWER G-Tronic) without any intervention into the serial technology for ECU adjustment, G-POWER sport airfilter, G-POWER rear logo. G-POWER Brake Systems - BMW program 3er E46 M3 3.2l

It is not only the performance which is important � especially at high speeds achieved by G-POWER EVO III engines -a high decelaration is required. The G-POWER braking systems are especially developed according to the car typeand have been tested on the �Nürburgring� race track. A great problem at braking is the �fading� (knocking in thesteering wheel). In order to avoid this problem, larger brake discs with special saddles and brake pads were developedfor the front axcle, as well as special brake fluids. According to the car model G-POWER supplies a front and rear axlesystem consisting of brake discs, brake saddles, special brake pads, Stahlflex brake hoses as well as brake fluid.

The well-known G-POWER wedge-shaped lowerings not only offer a good optical appearance, but also sporty drivingbehaviour. The G-POWER lowering sets � made in Germany � are produced according to standard DIN ISO 9002and have been developed especially for series shock absorbers. With the G-POWER lowering set you will achieve alowering of 30 thru 60 mm�s which is � especially for the BMW-models � arranged wedge-shapedly. Lowerings up to40 mm�s are allowed for series shock absorbers. Lowering sets from 60 mm�s on only can be used along with theG-POWER shock absorber or the original BMW-M-technology shock absorber.

G-POWER Spring Strut Suspensions RS - BMW program 3er E46 M3 3.2l

The G-POWER RS suspensions are the top of what is technically possible � they are linking comfortable driving tohigh lowering rates and just offer customers wishing extrem lowerings up to 70 mm�s suitability for everday�s use.The special strut braces being manufactured for G-POWER in small series are (depending on vehicle type) areshortened by around 6 cm�s and therefore offer more spring movements avoiding a touch down at high speeds. Alsohere, a great advantage is the individual vertical adjustment of the front and rear axle as well as the special variabilityof the shock-absorbers. For this purpose, G-POWER uses especially manufactured shockabsorbers from KONI whichare made for high lowering rates. These supensions are not only used for racing sports, but also for press shootings orat the TUNER-GRAND-PRIX; and therefore are suitable - depending on grade of adjustment � for the race track.

5Suspension


G-POWER Suspension - BMW program 3er E46 M3 3.2l

Especially regarding the sport suspensions the correct set up is one of the most important features. The G-POWERsport suspensions are developed and tested under conditions similar to races. The lowering by 40 mm�s, e.g. for anG-3 suspension kit, is sporty and taut, but still offers by the large remaining spring movement enough suitability foreveryday� s use particularly for very enthusiastic drivers. Due to the short spring movement remaining, 60 mmsuspensions have a sporty, taut set-up. Especially for customers with high lowering rates with enough springmovement remaining and therefore a very comfortable adjustment, G-POWER offers the RS-spring strut suspension(also see in the product overview under lowering and adjustable suspension.)

For low exhaust emissions G-POWER not only offers stainless steel exhaust systems and rear silencers but also highgrade steel alloyed headers, achieving a performance increase of 5 � 10 per cent (depending on the car type). WithCNC-flanges the G-POWER header suits very exactly. Please note that at vehicles with headers the exhaust emissionis speeded up and therefore the loudness of the exhaust system is reduced.

G-POWER sport air filters offer a better air permeability (and performance increase) in contrary to the conventionalpaper air filters. An important advantage of this filter is that it can be cleaned (e.g. at inspections).

G-POWER Engine Conversions - BMW program 3er E46 M3 3.2l

The G-POWER compressor engines are the principal items of our developments. Since 1994 G-POWER has beenmarket leading, e. g. in the area of compressors for the M3-engine, and meanwhile is offering for every 6- and8-cylinder-engine an economical, practical concept. At the EVO II grades the conversion is done on the standardseries engine with a maximum loading pressure of 0.35 thru 0.45 bars (depending on the engine type). The EVOgrades II and III have to be installed in our workshop including the modification of the engine, according to car type.Due to the extensive experience of the last years, G-POWER offers you one year of guarantee on the conversion of anew car without any limit on the driven kilometers. The servicing as well as all other controls can furthermore becarried out by your BMW-partner.

Particularly for supercharged cars (as the G-POWER compressor cars EVO II and EVO III), G-POWER offers forthese high requirements a particular clutch basing on parts of Fichtel & Sachs - meeting with the special requirementsof today�s sport engines. The amplified clutch of G-POWER is made exactly for customers who want to keep theirhabits in operating the clutch as they are used to with the series version. For these customers we offer the GPS clutchsets, consisting of three pieces. The advantage of this clutch is that the rubbing discs, consisting of organic materials,are able to keep the pedal pressure despite of higher pressure on the clutch plate. These clutches can be used forperformance upgraded cars (performance upgrade until 40 %). The GPR clutch sets are especially for superchargedcars, offering them a bit more pedal pressure and being designed for performance increases until 80 per cent.Special models on request.

G-POWER Performance Kits - BMW program 3er E46 M3 3.2l

The performance kits of G-POWER are consisting of a sport air filter, G-POWER stainless steel sport exhaust and anadjusted engine management. These performance kits are a cost effective optimization and performance upgradingfor all gasoline driven cars with manual or automatic transmission. The performance upgrade amounts here to 5 thru15 per cent, depending on car type and equipment. The assembly can be done within one day (incl. TÜV approval).The performance upgrade applies to the whole engine speed range and also increases the torque.
